yes fei, they do recycle the pineapple 壳, I went to a thai restaurant and asked b4, they admit they do recycle it, hahaha...next time it's better u ask them to serve in plate. XPhaha, Ryoji~~yeah this is malaysia style.
xiu, i really didn't know that they recycle it !haha, next time ask Ryoji not to order this kind of food with "recycle plate"..
